Family Focus
Owned and operated by family for over 30 years, Elizabeth’s Pizza blends traditional Italian cooking with a unique focus on kinship and community. Together with his brothers-in-law, the Graziani brothers, Fayetteville owner Mike founded the original Elizabeth’s Pizza in Collinsville, Virginia in 1977. Inspired by an old Italian tradition, Mike named the restaurant after his newborn daughter Elizabeth.
Owners, in-laws, sons, daughters, nieces, and nephews all take turns in the kitchen and dining room, all passing traditions and techniques on to younger generations. With numerous locations now bearing the Elizabeth’s Pizza name, the heart of the restaurant remains unchanged. The first Fayetteville location was opened in 1984. All locations are similar, but not the same; Elizabeth’s Pizza is not a franchise, just a family.
